1 400 ml can of organic coconut cream
1 TBS pure organic maple syrup
3 soft medjool dates, pips out.
pinch of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
2 soft bananas
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cacao powder
Throw all the ingredients in your food processor/blender or vitamix and blend on high.
If making this in a Vitamix it will literally take all of 20 seconds and you will be left with a beautiful thick mousse... much like the consistency of cream cheese. Using a blender or food processor will be great too, it will just not be quite as smooth and decadent. Pop into the fridge (for a couple of hours preferably) then serve with some cutie little ruby red raspberries. Or eat it straight out of the Vitamix with a spoon like us. Your call. You'll find no judgement here....
